How referral payouts work
Your rewards sit in your Simplebks referral wallet. When you have ₦5,000 available, you request a withdrawal, and it is paid by bank transfer, in naira, to the account you gave within 24 to 48 working hours.

Your reward is created at once and shows as Pending.

30-day hold
The reward is held for 30 days from the day the payment went through. If the payment is refunded in that time, the reward is reversed.

After 30 days the reward moves to Available on its own.

Request a withdrawal
Open Refer & earn, choose ₦5,000 or more, pick your bank and enter your account name and 10-digit account number. The amount moves out of Available and shows as Withdrawing.

Get paid
Your withdrawal is paid by bank transfer within 24 to 48 working hours, not counting weekends and public holidays. You get an email with the date and reference when it is paid.

The rules on withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal is ₦5,000.
- You can withdraw only from your Available balance.
- You can have one open request at a time.
- There is a limit on how many payouts and how much you can withdraw in any rolling 30 days. If you reach it, the withdrawal screen tells you.
- Payouts go to Nigerian bank accounts, in naira.
- Enter your account name exactly as your bank has it. A name that does not match cannot be paid.
- Withdrawals are paid within 24 to 48 working hours, not counting weekends and public holidays.
What each status means

You get an email when a payout is paid, with the date and payment reference, and when one is rejected.
Questions
Can I have two withdrawal requests open at once?
No. You can have one open request at a time. Once it is paid or rejected, you can make another.
Do you charge a fee on payouts?
No. Simplebks pays the transfer fee. You receive the full amount you withdraw.
What happens if my withdrawal is rejected?
The amount goes straight back to your Available balance and you get an email with the reason. Check your bank details and submit a new request.
How long does a withdrawal take?

Which bank accounts can I withdraw to?
Any Nigerian bank account, in naira. Pick your bank from the list, then enter the account name exactly as your bank has it and the 10-digit account number.
