Simplebks consultants are organisations and individuals who work with businesses and want to bring them onto Simplebks. Business associations, cooperatives, trainers, advisers, banks and SME programmes can all apply.
You bring the businesses. We give them one simple app for sales, stock, purchasing, production and accounting. You earn commission on what they pay and follow how they're doing from your own dashboard.
A read-only Business Details page shows each business's type, country, join date, transaction count and value, plan and payment history.
The owner sees the same under Settings, Consultant access, and can end the connection any time.
Add owners one at a time or from a spreadsheet; Simplebks checks every row before anything is sent.
New businesses get an invitation with your code. Existing ones get a request showing what you'll see, and nothing is visible until they accept. Owners can also enter your code at sign-up.
Commission is held 30 days after each payment, then can be withdrawn from ₦5,000 by bank transfer in naira.
Commission on a refunded payment is reversed. It is earned on naira payments from Nigerian businesses.

We reply by email either way. An approval email states your commission rate and period, any deal for your businesses, and your consultant code.
The approval email has a link to set your password. Your consultant login is separate from a business login: sign in at the consultant sign-in page.

You earn a share of every payment your businesses make to Simplebks, worked out on the price without VAT. The commission rate and period are set for each consultant and confirmed before you start. The rate and period agreed for a business stay the same for that business.
Depending on your agreement, yes. It is a percentage off their plan for an agreed number of months from their first payment, then the full price applies.
No. You see what is agreed for your programme. By default that is each business's type, country, sign-up date, last transaction date, transaction count and value, current plan and payment history. Financial statements can be added where agreed and where the business's plan includes them. You can't change anything in a business's records.
Yes. A business that signs up with your code sees what you can see before it submits. A business already on Simplebks has to accept your request first. Either way the owner sees the connection in Settings, Consultant access, and can end it at any time.
Commission is held for 30 days, then you can withdraw from ₦5,000. Withdrawals are paid by bank transfer in naira within 24 to 48 working hours, not counting weekends and public holidays.
