  1. How is tax being paid for the business, and will tax be paid even if the business has not started operation after registration?

    1. Tax payment is with FIRs or your State IRS and not with CAC. Even though you have not started business, you need to still file your tax clearance annually. For proper information on tax, we advise you engage a tax consultant

  7. Hello, is it a must to present the documents physically before getting the CAC certificate? Can’t it be accessed and printed online? Secondly, please help me out. I have my business name approved nad made the required N10,000 payment. However, a query was raised and was registration denied. I am registering a partnership business and they said I should register under Limited Liability. But there is no way to edit the type of business at this stage. What can I do that the money already paid might not be a waste.
